The vibration damping device of the dehydration screen adopts a rubber vibration damping column, which is very suitable for wet working conditions and is both vibration damping and durable.

The sludge dewatering screen is designed such that the main part of the screen plate is 5 degree higher in the horizontal direction. The rear part of the screen plate of the dewatering screen forms a 45  degree angle with the main plate. Two balanced vibrating motors are installed horizontally, one at the upper end of the other. The rotating effect caused by unbalanced gravity during rotation makes the screen work very stable.
